Yourself and yourselves are reflexive pronouns, being the reflexive forms of you. They can be used in the following ways: yourself 和yourselves 是反身代词，是you 的反身代词形式。它们有如下用法
as an object that refers to the person or people who are the subject of the sentence or who are mentioned somewhere earlier in the sentence: 用作宾语来指作为句子主语的人或这个句子前面某处提到的人: Are you bringing the children up by yourself? 你打算自己把孩子们带大吗？ You have to have some respect for yourself. 你必须得有点自尊心。 Did he give you a picture of yourself? 他给了你一张你自己的照片吗？
as an object of verbs in the imperative form: 在祈使句中用作动词的宾语: Take care of yourselves. 照顾好自己。 Enjoy yourselves. 你们好好玩吧。
after ‘you' for emphasis: 用在you 后面作为强调: Only you yourself can be sure. 只有你自己才能确定。 You can bake the pie yourself. 你可以自己烤馅饼。
