Worth usually follows the verb ‘to be' and is always followed by either a noun, pronoun, or number, or by the ‘-ing' form of a verb: worth通常用在动词to be 之后,其后接名词、代词、数词或动词的-ing 形式: The painting is probably worth thousands of pounds. 这幅画可能价值几千英镑。 It was a difficult journey, but it was worth it. 虽然这次旅行很艰苦,但很值得。 The film was definitely worth seeing. 这部电影确实值得一看。
